The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted Regulation S-P to safeguard your privacy and to require communication regarding how your confidential information is handled.  I am writing to communicate that Taylor Securities, Inc. recognizes the sensitive nature of your financial information and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal information furnished to us by our clients and former clients.  Further, we train our employees in the importance of maintaining your confidentiality and privacy.

Information We Collect About You

We collect nonpublic, personal information about you (information not available from public sources like telephone directories or government or public records) from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms or through our website
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others
  • Information we receive about your transactions with non-affiliated third parties
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

Information We Disclose About You

We do not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. You may request that we provide information to a lending institution, or that we open an account for you with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. or with an investment company.  You may request the services of Taylor Webster, Inc. or Taylor Financial Corporation, our affiliated firms, and instruct us to share your non-public personal information with them.  We may also share your information at your request with an accountant or attorney, and we will respond to subpoenas.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict access to nonpublic, personal information about our clients and former clients to those employees who need to know that information to provide our products or services. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard the nonpublic, personal information of our clients and former clients.  We appreciate your trust and will continue to provide safeguards to ensure the safety of the personal information we receive.
